The family-owned farms who grow Danger coffee beans use noninvasive and natural methods in dealing with pests. Although we do not hold an organic certification, the beans are all-natural and naturally grown.
What does the expiration date mean?
Danger Coffee is considered fresh for up to 6 months post the roasted date. This does not mean it expires after 6 months, it is just not as aromatic or fresh tasting.
We recommend storing your coffee in an airtight container and not in the fridge or freezer - moisture is not your friend with coffee!
What is the best way to brew Danger Coffee?

Can I enjoy Danger Coffee as a Cold Brew?
Absolutely! We recommend brewing the coffee hot first and then pouring over ice.
The minerals bind more effectively at higher temperatures but they work at body temperatures as well. You get more bio active anti-aging ingredients by using hot water versus cold.

HOW long does it take an order to ship?

Our typical shipping timeframe is 1-3 business days from the moment your order is placed. We roast your coffee to order, so when your coffee arrives to you it should be within 1-7 days from roasting. Coffee is best brewed after it has had time to degas (5-7 days off roast). The aroma will be at its peak intensity and freshness within the first month after roasting. So, if you are planning on signing up for a subscription, it's best to order for a month's supply at a maximum if you are looking to get the absolute best out of your beans.
Once your order is in the hands of the postal carrier, we do not have any control over how quickly the package is delivered. keep in mind that this timeframe can sometimes vary depending on the volume of orders we're handling. If there are any unexpected delays, we'll be sure to keep you updated.
