The Ceremonial Grade Process

Handpicking
Every Sotará-grown cherry is cultivated with care using sustainable, high-altitude farming practices. Each one is handpicked at peak ripeness, ensuring only the finest beans make it through—delivering a coffee that’s as clean, smooth, and complex as it is delicious.

Processing
The cherries are washed, fermented, and rinsed with fresh mountain water to enhance clarity and depth. They’re then aged in tanks for five days before solar drying for up to 45 days—intensifying their complexity. Third party lab testing guarantees each batch is mold-free and ultra-clean for a pure, powerful cup.

Roasting & Mineralization
Roasted to perfection for a balanced and rich flavor, the beans are then infused with ancient plant Fulvic and Humic minerals. This final step enhances hydration and energy, giving you a coffee that replenishes and elevates you with every sip.
