Dangerously Delicious Decaf Whole Bean Remineralized Coffee

I don't drink coffee for the caffeine - I drink it for the taste and the enjoyment of all things coffee. Danger coffee is so aromatic and tastes as delicious as it smells. It is clean and fresh. I grind the beans in my coffee grinder to a somewhat fine grind and put them in a filter in my ceramic pour-over. Give the grinds a little stir, then proceed with subsequent hot water pours at just the right temperature. I add a little organic heavy whipping cream, that I froth up nice and creamy on the stove, and sometimes, I add a little organic sweet 1/2 & 1/2 lactose free cream to the heavy whipping cream for a slightly sweet and creamy, luxurious coffee. This truly is one of the best decaf brews I've enjoyed. Fine dining quality brew. No one would know it is decaf. I have given it to folks who only drink regular coffee and they love the rich coffee taste.

I didn't want to like it. But I do end up craving it. It doesn't make me have weird side affects like coffee typically does for me. I drink the decaf version but my husband drinks the regular.
